Wireloop AR Game

A collaboration between The New York Times games team and R&D, “Wireloop” is an interactive AR experience inspired by classic wire loop games where players guide a metal loop along a twisted wire path without touching it. In our digital version, players maneuver a loop along a scintillating track that reveals a hidden shape. I wrote some game logic, developed the shader that emits sparks, and advised on spatial UX design and technical strategy.
